Summary: crapy mascara and takes forever to get a refund
Comment: i was so excited about this mascara only to be incredibly dissapointed! the wand works as promised but the mascara is horrible. it barely stayes on and clumps, making you look like you spent hours crying. I sent it back only to find out that Sephora takes 30 business days (over two months) to get you a refund! i should have taken it back to the store instead of sending it back through mail.

Comment: I really think this mascara is terrific. Some people may not like how thick it goes on, and the handling of the brush takes some getting used to, but I love it. Normally, with all the mascaras I have used in the past (and there have been many) I had to use two coats. This mascara is highly recommended for the "bulky" eyelash look. Comment: This mascara is wonderful! It makes my lashes so, so beautiful and almost makes them look fake. It's better for this mascara to be part of your arsenal of mascaras and not the only one as it may not be practical for everyday use. It's a good mascara for going out at night.

Summary: BEST I've ever used
Comment: I have nice lashes, but they are very straight. Other mascaras are too clumpy, and eyelash curlers do not work for me.
As soon as I tried this, I was amazed at the immediate effect. No clumping and it curled my lashes effortlessly. The applicator is great. I don't know about the other's smudging complaints - I only wear mascara on the top lashes, and I had no smudges.
I immediately bought another tube so I don't run out. I am a happy girl!
